Our work is very varied and can encompass a product launch one day, a media event the next, or any level of stunt or brand activation. We work across many verticals — travel, technology, entertainment, food & beverage, health & wellness, retail, so no two days are the same.

We work hard but we like to enjoy life, so work-life balance is pretty important to us. We also like to spend time together, so regularly organise cultural days out, team training sessions and after-work drinks.

The Role

We are looking for a PR Account Manager to join our team at Here Be Dragons. Ideally, this person is an established PR Account Manager but we are also interested in speaking to experienced Senior Account Executives looking to take a step up to a more senior role.

This is a PR role so three to four years of PR experience, a love of earned media, and understanding of wider culture is a must. Experience within travel / luxury / lifestyle is a bonus, but not essential. We’re looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, has great media contacts, good project management skills and doesn’t mind getting stuck in to get the work done. Ideally we’d love to meet people who have experience working across leisure, travel or food and drink accounts.


Example day to day activities include:

  • Media relations
  • Being the first port of call for clients
  • Managing our team of execs 
  • Attending brainstorms
  • Writing press materials
  • Attending / running client meetings 
  • Managing client projects / campaigns 
  • Attending events

Location

We are based in Shoreditch, East London, where we have a lovely two storey office with lots of natural light and exposed brickwork. We’d love you to be able to work from there, but we are also operating a hybrid working model of 2 days remote and three days in the office (subject to change), so a combination of physical and remote working is preferred.
