Account Manager

Dragon eyes looking right

About Us

Here Be Dragons is a creative communications agency. While focussed on the discipline of PR, we believe in a modern definition of this term, focussing on creating bold work that drives conversation and WOM across earned media and social. To do that we use a broad range of disciplines which form the base of our service offering to clients, split across two sides of the business.

Here Be Dragons Agency: PR & Press Office, Digital PR & SEO, Brand Strategy, Social, Experiential & Media, Tailwinds & Foresight

Here Be Dragons Studio: Creative, Digital & Brand Design, Content Production

Our work is very varied and can encompass a product launch one day, a media event the next, or any level of stunt or brand activation. We work across many verticals - film, music, technology, telecoms, entertainment, food & beverage, so no two days are the same.

We work hard but we like to enjoy life, so work life balance is pretty important to us. We also like to spend time together, so regularly organise cultural days out, team training sessions and after work drinks.

Culture-wise, there are four key values of Here Be Dragons, which we ask all our staff, clients and partners to adhere to:

  • Curious - we can't be creative if we are not curious. We seek new adventures, ask questions and always listen
  • Courageous - we are creatively courageous, fighting for great work and navigating bravely with our ideas and our outlook
  • Compassionate - we have empathy, we understand that everybody is different and we strive to be inclusive of all
  • Good vibes only - rule No #1, don't be a dick. Our internal culture makes clients want to hang out with us and fosters a team culture of acceptance
