The Role

We’re looking for a Junior to Mid level Designer & Studio Manager to help support and build our rapidly growing creative studio.

Ideally this person is an extremely detail orientated artworker and designer, highly organised, a hands-on proactive project manager - humble, cultural, passionate, creatively-minded with some pitch experience and (of course) personable and has at least 2 - 5 years of creative PR experience under their belt.

Day to day activities include:

• Providing visual creation and artworking to ideas
• Managing projects, production, suppliers and timelines
• Creating and ideating for clients
• Designing internal & external documents, decks and assets
• Creating and ideating for new business pitching
• Developing current client creative with CD
• Contributing to the overall business culture
• Developing a wide network and nurturing key production and supplier contacts
• Budget and project management 
• Social video content creation for the agency
• Website updates
• Newsletter management 
• Management of agency’s bank of assets via Google Drive
• Management of subscriptions for agency creative tools

• 2+ years Adobe Creative Cloud experience
• Experience and desire to learn in Midjourney and AI
• Knowledge of Webflow preferable

Location

We are based in Shoreditch, East London. We’d love you to be able to work from there, but we are also operating a hybrid working model, so a combination of physical and remote working is preferred. Currently we spend Tue/Wed/Thur in the office with Mon & Friday remote. However, this is subject to change.
