Dominic Radcliffe, who has been a creative at Here Be Dragons since late 2021, will now formally lead the agency’s creative department, looking to build a “holistic creative focus” while advancing junior talent.

Before joining the agency, he founded his own digital marketing and creative studio, Rufus. Clients of the agency included Island Records, Spotify and 23&Me.

Radcliffe said: “Here Be Dragons is a creative force which I have been lucky enough to be a part of. I’m very much looking forward to building on its previous creative success by nurturing new talent, doubling down on culture, and creating a diverse, thoughtful, energised team of creative minds. ”Here Be Dragons introduced its creative director role after a string of account wins earlier this year resulting from competitive pitches led by Radcliffe and April Hogan, head of new business.

New retained clients for the agency include alternative meat brand Future Farm, personal development platform Mindvalley, Ryobi power tools and cinematography lens manufacturer Cooke Optics.

Here Be Dragons has also picked up individual briefs from anti-food-waste fruit and veg box brand Oddbox and card-delivery service Moonpig in 2023.

The agency, which claimed an 80 per cent success rate in new business pitches last year, said it plans to continue to expand its client base.
